This policy covers what the site actually does today: collecting an email address if you register interest. It should be reviewed by a lawyer before POOD collects payment information, deposits, or any data beyond an email address.

What we collect

If you register your interest on this site, we collect your email address. We do not currently collect names, phone numbers, addresses, or payment details.

Why we collect it

We use your email address only to contact you about POOD's founding batch, product updates, and launch timing.

How we store it

Your email is stored securely with our hosting/form provider (Netlify) and, if connected, an email service provider. We do not sell or rent your email address.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use basic analytics to understand traffic. No personally identifying analytics tracking is active unless stated otherwise on this page at a later date.

Your rights

You can ask us to remove your email from our list at any time by emailing hello@pood.co.

Future changes

If POOD begins taking payments or deposits, this policy will be updated and reviewed by a qualified lawyer before that change goes live.
